A Reprise

Apple is going to fix my laptop for free! I was only a few days past the 90 day warranty on the prior incredibly expensive repair, so they extended it for me. Bad news is that it's going to be more than a week to get it back.
So while all my new photos are held hostage in the ailing laptop, here's some summer paintings brought back by popular my demand. Think of it as summer reruns, or

My favorite bowl. It traveled all over the country with nary a chip, until last month. And no one will fess up. Ah well, it is well used and well loved, chip and all.
I know it's blue for June, but really for me, it's all about red:

This isn't a drawing at all - not one of mine anyway, but a piece of antique ephemera. Or a giant beet, whichever you prefer.
And now, the theme is growing - from beets to tomatoes, but all red.
